The zepto initiative started with an idea to educate, inspire, clarify and exemplify good and proper yocto/OE (OpenEmbedded) usage according to the Yocto Projects documentation best known method’s (BKM’s).
The zeptoinitiative.org site aims to exemplify usage of BKM’s in different situations, as well as supplying write-ups, example layers, a private layerindex web implementation and other Yocto/OE tools (toaster and autobuilder2).
The zeptoinitiative.org site and its resources will also demonstrate and describe yocto principles (such as bootstrap layers and oeqa selftest for runtime ”on-target” testing) and have fictive projects and products where it all comes together.
